Eldridge Technology Solutions are one of Australia's leading providers of IT services, having provided technology services and solutions to companies in Australia for over 8 years. Originally formed as a value-add offering under the accountancy firm Eldridge and Associates, Eldridge Technology Solutions is the logical evolution of the IT Services arm of the Eldridge Group.

Eldridge Technology Solutions are based in Wagga Wagga, NSW providing website design, development and hosting to; Albury, Canberra, Cootamundra, Griffith, Gundagai, Leeton, Narrandera, Temora, Tumut, Wodonga, Young and anywhere in between.

Utilising the latest technology, distance is no longer an issue. If we can not meet with you face to face we have teleconference facilities, phone, email, fax and Skype contact available to keep the lines of communication open.

History

Eldridge Technology Solutions have provided IT services and technology solutions to companies in Australia for over 8 years. Originally formed as a value-add offering under the accountancy firm Eldridge and Associates, Eldridge Technology Solutions is the logical evolution of the IT Services arm of the Eldridge Group.

Starting out with the establishment of one of the first regional ISP's in the Riverina district of NSW back in 1998, Eldridge Technology Solutions provides managed IT services and infrastructure solutions to local government organisations and commercial entities nationally as well as website design, development and hosting services to regional NSW.

Our staff are tertiary qualified and bolstered by industry experience in order to provide the business, and our customers, with the knowledge and skills to achieve the best possible results for your business.

Open Source Software (OOS)

Eldridge Technology Solutions are advocates for open source software as alternatives to commercial software applications. OOS is basically, software created by the community, for the community which can be used and redistributed freely.

The Content Management Systems used by Eldridge Technology Solutions is the simple to use yet powerful, Drupal CMS. Drupal is an open source content management system which is easy to use yet highly customisable. By using Drupal we are able to save our customers the software costs that usually come with a commercial CMS while still providing a high quality website solution.

Other open source software includes;

Open Office (alternative to Microsoft Office, including word processing, spreadsheets, database and presentation programs)

Mozilla Firefox (very secure and reliable internet browser – alternative to Internet Explorer)

Mozilla Thunderbird (email client - alternative to Microsoft outlook)

Paint.NET (Graphics / photo editor – alternative to Photoshop)
